WASTE MANAGEMENT, COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT, AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONSERVATION ALL IN ONE.

Trash to Cash

Our "Trash to Cash" program aims to provide employment and income-generating skills to community women through the use of domestic wastes. This program not only helps to empower these women and improve their socio-economic condition, but it also addresses important issues such as waste management and environmental conservation. By turning waste into a valuable resource and providing employment opportunities, this program can have multiple benefits for the community and the environment.

Leading Women Association's bakery training program was a game changer for me. The skills and knowledge I acquired through the program helped me to become a successful entrepreneur. I am now the proud owner of Grannyz's Bakery in Nakkhu and couldn't have done it without the training and support provided by LWA. I am forever grateful for this opportunity.
