Leading Women Association/Group is a service-oriented organization established in 2012 with an aim to uplift the socio-economic condition of Nepalese people, especially focused on women, which leads towards the economic empowerment of the nation, facilitating the growth and development of skilled workers who can develop their own enterprises or find employment. The proactiveness, enthusiasm and determined vision of different professionals from various walks of life have come together to join hands in development sectors through the establishment of this organization. LWA/LWG is determined to uplift the economic status of backward communities to some extent by providing different skill-oriented training and promoting their products in the market, networking with other different development organizations. We are committed to our name “Leading Women” for which we always are trying to bring leadership skills and change in women. We aim to break the orthodox instinct followed in Nepal.

For me, Impact and self satisfaction matter more than success. Let me not run after the chair of success but let the success run after me seeing my dignity, will power, dedication and passion for change making, just to leave and exemplary trace for the generations ahead. Moreover, being a woman my dream of leaving no woman unempowered should turn true and I would work tirelessly for the brightest part of it.
